As architects we’ll analyze your company’s current situation using a proprietary tool developed at MIT which leverages artificial intelligence to measure 18 value drivers affecting every company. Our database of over 11,000 businesses enables us to drill down into your company’s position relative to others in the same industry and most importantly, what the potential for improvement is.
Once you take the 15 minute, FREE Assessment, we believe a face-to-face discussion of the results is best. This can be done in person or with any of the online conferencing platforms such as ZOOM.
We Propose an approach
Using the results of this analysis we’ll make a number of recommendations, opportunities really. These recommendations will pinpoint specific “red flag” areas that, when addressed, will add value to your company quickly. We can actually quantify the value of that contribution e.g. fix this problem in finance, add $375,000 to enterprise value. We will do this for each “Red Flag” we discover.
If you agree with our recommendations, we will develop a plan of action together that is aligned with your vision, your dreams. We can then act as a General Contractor in overseeing the implementation of this plan or simply be available to guide your team as they implement it. Business planning is complex. Family business planning even more so. It would be inappropriate to suggest there is a “one size fits all” solution to your unique circumstances.
